You Probably Qualify to Make a Will in Texas
You must be at least eighteen (18) years old, married, or in the armed forces, and of sound mind;
A will must be signed by the testator (or “by another person for him by his direction and in his presence”); A will must be attested to by two (2) witnesses above the age of 14 who are credible, i.e., not non compos mentis; and The witnesses who subscribe their names to the will must do so in the presence of the testator.

The courthouse is located in Fort Worth, Texas, with the primary entrance on East Weatherford Street. The Civil Courthouse is surrounded by Belknap Street, Houston, Weatherford and Commerce. Drivers not familiar with Fort Worth, may want to leave early or attempt a weekend run through to assure being on time for Court. Free parking is available by using Tandy Center Lot and the Tandy subway.
The Henry Wade Juvenile Justice Center is located at 2600 Lone Star Drive, Dallas, TX, 75212. Ground level parking is free, with one entrance from parking lot to building on north side of building. Drivers not familiar with west Dallas area or the old turnpike in the area of Hampton Road, may want to leave early or take a test drive trip on the weekend before. The Juvenile Justice Center is a three story brick structure. All courtrooms are located on the third floor. Detention center visitation is located on the first floor.
